Remember how I bitched about portobellos being pricey as all fuck just yesterday?
I guess I bought them anyway. This happened.
Such a good idea. Imagine making stackers with smaller mushrooms too?!
I know! I’m planning to with shiitakes and oyster mushrooms.
I commute everyday, so I’d love to have them as mini-sandwiches for on the road. :D
