No such thing as Camille spam.

Saying a quick “Fuck you” inside my head to my co-worker, who told me yesterday that doing exercises like this won’t do shit.

Backstory?

• I had watched a workout video from the lovely Dana Linn Bailey where she does a Big 3 circuit: 20 bench presses, 20 squats, 20 clean & presses, 2 min break in between and 3-5 times all the way through the circuit.
• I told him about the circuit, who instantly told me that it would be stupid to do that unless I’m trying to build mass. When I reminded him of the large rep count, he told me that doing such high reps would “do a disservice to the exercise” and be pointless

This is my “fuck you” to that way of thinking. If I lift heavy weights, I WILL NOT GET BULKY. Thus, I shall continue working out the way I want to. I have lost lbs of fat and gained an awesome amount of muscle in its place this year. Obviously what I am doing must be working for me. And I shall continue to do so!
